Where do I meet my driver at the airport?

There are two options for meeting your driver at the airport(specified at time of reservation).

  • A. *Meet and greet at baggage claim
         *
    $30 fee

  • B. Curb side pick up

What should I do if I don't see my driver?

If for any reason you do not see your driver. Simply call 914.246.0017.

Can I cancel or change my reservation?

We understand that with trips there might be last minute changes. Any cancellations or changes can be made by phone only at 914.246.0017 and standard policies apply.

Do you offer car seats for children?

We do not offer car seats, however, we are happy to install the car seat at pick up and safe keep until your return pick up.

How can I set up a corporate account or have my credit card on file for recurring trips?

Please click the CC Auth. Form link at the bottom of the page. Where you can also find the PDF form which can simply be scanned back to us with the information.

Where should I meet my driver at a cruise terminal or pier?

Once you depart the ship, please proceed, with your luggage, to the ground level and call us at 914.246.0017 and we will meet you at the pick-up area. This process can take anywhere from 15 to 30 minutes. To expedite the process, please let us know the correct pier and dock number.
